However people can and should overcome obesity by following a good healthy lifestyle comprised of a good diet and regular exercise regime (Take out time for Physical exercises like Yoga, Walking, Jogging, Swimming, Cycling etc.)

In addition to the above, you can try the following home remedy : Honey combined with lemon juice is good home remedy for digestive system and promotes good health and helps reduce obesity to some extent. 

Mix one teaspoon of honey with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice in a glass of lukewarm water. You may drink this every morning on an empty stomach and after heavy meals.

    I have tried “Honey combined with lemon juice” to reduce obesity; but honestly even after a year of consumption, its has not had any effect on my obesity. I am a regular walker. I have been walking for 45 minutes everyday, without fail; but it has no effect in controlling my obesity. Share other proven secrets, if you have any.

      Dear Satish – Thank you for sharing. Appreciate it. Try controlling diet + exercise. Try doing Yoga / Pranayam. It is also a natural way to control/combat obesity. However do remember that it takes time and never give up until you achieve your goals. Best wishes.
