Easy Yoga stretches ~ Reduce stress
Follow these simple yoga stretches to feel stress free and relaxed :
- Sit in a neutral posture with your arms on your abdomen. Take a deep breath, filling your abdomen with oxygen, and exhale after a few seconds.
- Stretch your neck forward, backward; side to side and in a circular motion.
– Do a few side stretches, followed by spinal twist. These exercises ease tension in the spine.
– Try the seated hip stretch to relax your lower back, shoulders and hips.
These simple yoga exercises help in reduced stress and relaxation which contribute towards cardiovascular health. (Remember, Yoga should be slowly and with full awareness)
