1. Maintain A sleep Schedule:

Remember to eat at least two hours before going to bed. This won’t be hard to do if you already have a sleep schedule. Watch out for caffeine and alcohol consumption, as both of these substances can prevent you from getting a good night’s sleep.

When you are tired because of physical activities, you are sure to fall asleep faster. Nevertheless, you shouldn’t workout too close to your bedtime.
